Gua sha is a skin lifting tool used in ancient Chinese traditions to improve blood circulation and lymph flow. The Bian Stone (slate) has an invigorating and relaxing effect, reduces muscle tension and increases the energy and vitality of the skin. Facial expressions are softened and skin tension is restored with an exceptionally healthy glow.

Usage

Warm the Gua Sha stone by rubbing it between the hands and start by stroking the sides of the neck with firm pressure. Continue across the face, working from the chin to the cheeks, across the forehead and around the eyes. Repeat each stroke 3 times. Recommended every morning and evening after cleansing, then follow with chosen booster.
